My friends and I decided to eat here after a long day at Disneyland. We saw a long line to be seated, but fortunately when we came up to the podium the host was able to seat us immediately. We ordered the Pepperoni Pizza, Quattro Formaggi Pizza, and the Ravioli Toscani.
Pepperoni Pizza: Nice sized pizza and tons of pepperoni on top!
Quattro Formaggi Pizza: Fresh mozzarella, fontina, provolone, parmesan, fresh tomatoes, and basil. This pizza was AMAZING!! I usually prefer toppings on my pizza but it was nice to taste all the different cheeses.
Ravioli Toscani: Ravioli with tuscan kale, smoked pancetta, creamy tomato sauce, and parmesan cheese. Lots of flavor and the raviolis are huge. Definitely a winner to choose for your first time eating here.
I gave this place 5 stars due to the excellent service and how accommodating they were. I had my wisdom teeth taken out the previous week and ordered the pizza thinking it would be soft enough. They char the crust on their pizza (making it crispy) and our server offered to have the pizza cooked a different way for a softer crust for me to chew. So nice!!! -

Came in on a busy Friday night after visiting Disney. Noticed the line to be seated was awfully long, so we sat at a high table within the bar area that is self seating. We were able to find a table immediately however service was MIA (Missing in Action). It took approx 10 minutes after sitting to even receive a menu! Another 10 minutes for water, I was starving otherwise I probably would've left by now. Once we finally began to order the server was almost rushing us.
I ordered a margarita pizza and my sister ordered some pasta. Pizza was mediocre, cheese was dropped in huge globs randomly and did not taste of much quality. Pasta my sister ordered was better than the pizza it seemed like but still some average quality. You could probably make better pasta at home tbh from the premise pasta you buy at grocery stores. Overall very bland and unsatisfying experience, I've been here several times and never been so disappointed. We saw our server a whole 2-3 times if that.

Dropped by for a late dinner after a full day at the Disneyland parks. The great thing about this location is that it is located in the Downtown Disney District, so it is open to the public. You don't have to pay to get in besides the parking. You get validation for 3 hours for spending $20 in the area.
Naples has been a long standing establishment in the Downtown Disney district and is one of the first stops outside of the parks for food. The restaurant is a modern sit down Italian restaurant across from World of Disney. It has a gorgeous patio area & outdoor full bar. Full open kitchen inside lets you see the fast paced action.
We ended up getting a family size pizza for the 5 of us. It was huge! About 1 ft by 2 ft. The quality of the meats were great. And THAT CHEESE, mmmmmm, my fave part! You can really taste the quality. And of course the mountain of freshly grated parmesan cheese to top off... Love!!
The service was good as always. They were always nearby when we needed anything.
If you need a nice relaxing meal and have time to be pampered, this is a great spot for pizza & Italian food! Recommended.
Side note -
However, this is not my fave location for pizzas. I prefer the mini-me version next door at Napolini - same quality food, economical prices & casual seating. It's set up like Blaze Pizza - you watch them make it for you as you call it out, then its popped into the fire burning oven & you get a piping hot pizza in a few minutes. -

Food is delicious, service is spotty at times. Front desk hostesses are too young and kind of rude. Need to make reservations in advance obviously. Fun atmosphere. Miss the old bar by the pizza oven. Inside is small. Upstairs seems to be reserved for loud children. Couple of tables by the door make it very cold in the winter. Usually book a reservation here because so much fun, kids love it.
